American Saigon Pho Group is a Wyoming corporation set up as a result of a business cooperation agreement between Saigon Pho Palace JSC, a Vietnamese joint stock company, and PHI Group, Inc. to manage a number of real estate development projects, including but not limited to the following (subject to change):

Location: Tan Tuc Town, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. 3. Total land area: 147,582 square meters. 4. Legal status of land: 78 certificates of land-use rights fully granted per Official Letter No. 2584 dated June 9, 2014 by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and Decision No. 10246/QD-UBND dated July 8, 2014 by People’s Committee of Binh Chanh District.
B. 1. City Quarter No. 4, Tan Tuc Town, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. 2. Location: Tan Tuc Town, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. 3. Total land area: 54,142 square meters. 4. Legal status of land: land-use rights fully granted.
II. Banquet and Conference Center, Da Nang City
1. Location: Along Han River, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City, Vietnam. 2. Total land area: 1.2 hectare. 3. Total investment: USD 25,384,615
III. Northwest Urban Area, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City
1. Location: Ap Ban Do, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 2. Total land area: 923.88 hectares. 3. Total investment: USD 3.5 billion.
