EB-5 Investor Visa Program for International Immigrants to the U.S.

In conjunction with our organic and natural farming program in Holmes County, Florida, Abundant Farms, Inc., a subsidiary of PHI Group, will provide opportunities for international investors to become U.S. permanent residents, and ultimately U.S. citizens, by investing $500,000 each directly in our farming program.

Holmes County is a qualified Targeted Employment Area (TEA), as defined by the EB-5 Investor Visa Program of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services https://www.uscis.gov/eb-5. The Company will start with the 408-acre farm in Bonifay, Holmes County, Florida as the initial base and intends to expand to adjacent counties such as Jackson, Washington, Calhoun, Liberty and Franklin, which are also defined as TEA’s.

International investors can invest directly in our farming program without going through a Regional Center. Abundant Farms intends to accept up to 10 EB-5 Visa international investors on a first-come-first serve basis and create 100 new jobs in Holmes County during the first phase.

Investments will be structured in such a way as to provide a fixed return on investment and the potential for significant capital appreciation while allowing the investor to earn legal permanent resident status, all in strict compliance with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
