Management team consists of highly qualified and experienced members in energy and natural resources capable of creating significant competitive advantages for PHI Group, Inc. with respect to the business sectors in which it operates.

Henry D. Fahman, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Fahman has more than 30 years experience in general management, finance, investments and corporate strategy. He holds a B.S., Magna Cum Laude, in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley, with emphasis in finance and economic analysis and policy, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP166) from Harvard Business School. He has also attended other Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Creating Corporate Advantage, and Advanced General Management.

Previously, Mr. Fahman served as a Resettlement Coordinator for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. He is currently Chairman of PHI Capital Holdings, Inc., and a wholly owned subsidiary of PHI GROUP that provides M&A advisory and consulting services

Tam T. Bui, Director

Mr. Bui has served as Chief Technology Officer and intermittently Chief Operating Officer of the Company since May 2002. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master Degree in Computer Information Science from the University of Minnesota and has attended continuing Education at the University of California, Los Angeles.

He has over 25 years of experience with Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, Inc. and TRW in various capacities such as Project Director, Department Manager, Project Manager and Program Manager. One of Mr. Bui's major responsibilities has been the construction of dual Emergency Command Control Communication (ECCC) centers and implementation of LAPD ECCC Systems.

He has broad knowledge and extensive experience in the areas of operations, project management, information technology, human resource management, and change management. Previously, he served on the board of directors of Nettel Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded company.

Mr. Bui holds a California real estate broker license and is a managing director of PHI Capital Holdings, Inc.

Frank Hawkins, Director

Founder and CEO of Hawk Associates with nearly 30 years of award-winning investor relations experience, Mr. Hawkins has earned the wide respect of Wall Street's investment community for straight talk and integrity. He was formerly vice president/corporate relations and planning and head of the investor relations program at Knight-Ridder, Inc. in Miami.

Mr. Hawkins started his career as an agent handler in clandestine collection operations for the Defense Intelligence Agency in Germany and went on to become a foreign and war correspondent, international businessman, senior corporate executive and president of the Access Asia Group in Hong Kong. He has lived in eight countries. He has been involved in stock listings in Tokyo and Frankfurt and company presentations in London, Zurich, Geneva and Singapore. Fluent in German, he is a graduate of Cornell University and author of "Ritter's Gold," an adventure novel published in several languages by the New American Library.

He is a member of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers and the Audubon Society and is listed in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World. He serves on the board of the Florida Keys Electric Cooperative.

Tina T. Phan, Secretary and Treasurer

Holding a B.S. in management information systems from California State University, Los Angeles, Mrs. Phan served as Vice President of Operations for Providential Securities, Inc., an investment banking and brokerage firm in Southern California.

Mrs. Phan also served as a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Company from January 2000 to April 2009

Steve Csikos, Vice President, European Markets

Mr. Csikos is the main Partner of the Agem Group on Wall Street, advising our clients regarding IPO financing solutions in the most liquid regulated capital markets of the USA. He also advises public and private companies from the USA and Asia regarding European investor relations and expansion capital opportunities available for foreign companies.

Prior to joining Agem Capital, Mr. Csikos had over 10 years experience working in strategic roles with several leading Manhattan-based investment banking and underwriting firms in New York City, supplying capital market services for rapidly growing Asian and European SME companies in the United States. He has been responsible for corporate strategy, new business development, and market entry as well as investor relations. He has extensive professional experience in equity financing via going public and reverse takeover structures, pre-IPO investment scenarios in terms of premier North American stock exchanges and US-based investors in the regulatory and institutional context of the US capital markets.

Besides providing access to liquidity and capital raising solutions, Mr. Csikos is also regularly being consulted by both public and private corporations globally with regards to commercial business development and consumer market strategies.

Mr. Csikos is based in Hungary, a strategic location in Europe, connecting East and West. He works with European companies that want to access the US capital markets and US & Asian companies consult him about expansion capital and financing by going public on various European stock exchanges.

He has a history of assisting the English speaking business community in Europe for financing and investment overseas through the company he was one of the founders, www.expatshungary.com.

Steve Truong, Vice President, M&A Services

Holding a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, an MBA from Taft University, and currently enrolled in a Doctorate of Business Administration program from California Southern University. Over the years, he also received extensive training in the areas of tactical and strategic research and analysis from the Government of Canada.

Mr. Truong served as a Project Officer with the Directorate of Supply Management at Canadian Defense Headquarters, Logistics Officer and Systems Control Officer at various Canadian Forces Bases throughout Canada. While serving with the Armed Forces, he was responsible to coordinate, liaise and provide logistical support to operational and administrative units at national and international levels, including Canadian overseas military tasking under the auspices of the United Nations (UN).

As a senior member of the Strategic Research Office – Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit, he leads the team to develop ground-breaking approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. He has solid experience in applying both quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze large and complex data to understand problem areas and recommend innovative solutions and strategies.

Mr. Truong has an aptitude and ability to use financial statements, financial ratios, screening criteria and other critical factors to identify and capitalize on real and potential acquisitions opportunities, and value investments for the company.

Jack H. Vo, Vice President, Global Business Development

Graduated from the University of Washington, U.S.A., with a major in Business Management and Marketing, Mr. Vo was a Marketing Manager for British Petroleum for more than 10 years in Southeast Asia.

He has been instrumental in advising numerous complex state-owned and private projects in Vietnam and providing their owners and sponsors with preferred solutions that have proven to save costs and time.

Mr. Vo is also an expert in retail and consumer marketing who can combine theoretical underpinnings and local market realism to devise winning sales and marketing strategies for numerous products in the Southeast Asian markets. He currently resides in Vietnam.
